Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims for April 15, 2002 as presented. <br />APPROVE TRUCK SPECIFICATIONS FOR NEW 2000 -GALLON TANKER TRUCK AND <br />AUTHORIZE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />At its March 4, 2002 meeting, the City Council authorized the Hugo FD to prepare specifications for a <br />new 2000 -gallon tanker truck that would replace the old 1969 Chevy tanker truck, which is an old <br />converted City dump truck. A fire department truck committee prepared specifications that have been <br />reviewed by City Administrator Mike Ericson and Council member Mike Granger. The truck's <br />specifications allow for a design that will improve the delivery of the FD's services, increase safety, and <br />serve as the template for all new fire trucks that will be purchased in accordance with the CIP and the <br />truck replacement schedule. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the truck specifications and <br />authorized staff to advertise for bids. <br />APPROVE LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE FOR CHURCH OF THE INCARNATION <br />The Church of Incarnation, Mpls., has made application to the City for a lawful gambling license to sell <br />pull tabs and conduct other lawful gambling at Woody's Bar and Grill on Keystone Avenue. City staff <br />reviewed all the application materials and found them to be satisfactory. Adoption of the Consent <br />Agenda approved a lawful gambling license to Church of the Incarnation, Mpls., to conduct a pull tab <br />operation and other lawful gambling at Woody's Bar and Grill, 12010 Keystone Avenue. <br />APPROVE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT W/WASHINGTON COUNTY AND TKDA FOR <br />CSAH8 REALIGNMENT <br />Foi (he past several months, City staff has served on the CSAH 8/14 project management team in <br />providing direction to TKDA and its environmental and design services contract with Washington <br />County. The project is currently in the study phase to evaluate alignment options for constructing <br />CSAH 8/14 as 4 -lane highway. Additional work is required to evaluate and document project impacts <br />in the expanded study area before selecting the preferred alignment. Washington County staff <br />recommended approval of the Supplemental Agreement No. I with TKDA for additional engineering <br />services for expanded study area. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the cooperative <br />agreements between the City and Anoka/Washington counties for the additional services by TKDA at <br />an additional amount of $6,934. <br />
