MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF MAY 6, 2002 <br />Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm. <br />PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />City Administrator, Michael Ericson <br />CD Director, John Rask <br />City Attorney, Dave Snyder <br />City Engineer, Dave Mitchell <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF APRIL 15, 2002 <br />Petryk made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of April 15, <br />2002 as presented. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CITY COUNCIL JOINT MEETING WITH THE RCWD ON APRIL 23, 2002 <br />Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to table approval of these minutes until the Council meeting of <br />May 20, 2002. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MINUTES FOR THEBOARD OF REVIEW HELD ON MAY 2, 2002 <br />Granger made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the minutes of the Board of Review held on May 2, <br />2002 as presented. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Delete G.5 from Consent Agenda <br />Add Charitable Gambling Request from the Hugo FD Relief Association to the Consent Agenda <br />Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the agenda for May 6, 2002 as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />ACCEPT DONATION FROM TOM JACKSON AND JUDY MARIER FOR CITY HALL <br />LANDSCAPING <br />In appreciation for the City's cooperation with the MN Union Builders' project, Tom Jackson and Judy <br />Marier, brother and sister, made a donation to the City Hall landscaping project. This fine gesture is a <br />result of the cooperation from the City over the past three years in bringing the MN Union Builders' <br />project to reality. On behalf of the City, Mayor Miron Council accepted the $500 donation from Tom <br />Jackson and Judy Marier and directed it be applied to the City Hall landscaping project. <br />
