City Council meeting of May 6, 2002 <br />Page 9 <br />discuss with Council its cooperative efforts with the County, including funding assistance for the trail. <br />Miron made motion, Puleo seconded, approving the application for two trail connections to the <br />Hardwood Creek Trail, one immediately off the east side of the new City Hall, and the second on the <br />southern property line between the City property and the Hugo Feed Mill back to the parking lot at <br />Fitzgerald Avenue. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Washington County Commissioner Dennis Hegberg stated that will investigate the possibility of <br />obtaining funding assistance from the County. <br />PARKS COMMISSION AND PLANNING COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS <br />Council directed staff to advertise for the vacancy on the Parks Commission and Planning Commission <br />respectively. The closing date for the submittal of the applications was Monday, April 29, 2002. <br />Miron made motion, Granger seconded, directing staff to schedule interviews for Monday, May 13, <br />2002, at 7:30 pm, Hugo City Hall. <br />All aye. If Council was interested in attending this Metropolitan Council <br />meeting, they were to indicate their interest at the Council meeting.
