Motion Carried. <br />APPOINTMENT OF NEW PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSIONER <br />At its special meeting on Monday, May 13, 2002, the Council interviewed a number of applicants for the <br />vacancy on the Parks & Recreation Commission. After discussion, Council agreed to recommend the <br />appointment of Kitty Cheesebrow as the new Parks Commission member. Kitty appeared before the <br />Council thanking them For their support and shared her background in parks planning and her desire to <br />work with the City. <br />Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to appoint Kitty Cheesebrow to the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission. <br />All aye.
