City Council meeting of August 5, 2002 <br />Page 2 <br />HFI) MUTUAL AID FIRE TRAINING EXERCISE Q 14000 FENWAY AVENUE <br />The Hugo Fire Department announced that it would hold a mutual aid fire training drill at a home <br />located at 14000 Fenway Avenue on Sunday, August 4, 2002. Hugo Fire Chief Jim Compton reported to <br />Council on the controlled bum. Motion Carried. <br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER #4 AND PAY REQUEST #8 FOR MARK HAUG <br />CONSTRUCTION FOR THE NEW CITY HALL <br />Mark Haug Construction, Inc., submitted its final pay request #8 for work completed to date on the new <br />City Hall. City architect Bob Russek reviewed the pay request and found it to be consistent with work <br />completed to date. Bob also reviewed Change Order #4 and found the work, which was requested by the <br />City, to be completed to the satisfaction of the City and its City Hall Building Committee. Adoption of <br />the Consent Agenda approved the final pay request in the amount of $7,716.60, including a $4,000 <br />retainage, and approved Change Order #4 allowing for the addition of improvements. <br />APPROVE FINAL PAY REQUEST WITH GRASSROOTS IRRIGATION FOR CITY HALL <br />LANDSCAPING <br />Grassroots Irrigation completed the installation of the underground irrigation system for the new City <br />Hall. The system has been tested and adjusted numerous times, and is operating satisfactorily. Laurie <br />McRostie from SEH reviewed the final pay request with Grassroots Irrigation System and recommended <br />
