City Engineer Dave Mitchell review the original letter of <br />credit for $140,000, based on the estimated construction cost of $112,000. 1 be remaining work on the <br />project is estimated at $49,190. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved I he reduction in the letter of <br />credit for the Oneka Lake View North subdivision to the amount of $61,487 50. <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT <br />The City hired Michele Lindau full-time on May 1, 1999. She has worked ry hard in her position as <br />Deputy Clerk, and most recently in her reclassified position as a Community Developmait Assistant, to <br />better utilize her experience and job-related skills. The Community Develol iment Director and City <br />Administrator completed an annual review of her job performance for Coun it consideration. She is an <br />excellent employee, who multi -tasks very well, and is a significant contributpr to the City Hall team in <br />the absence of coworkers when they are on vacation or sick.
