The purpose of the survey was to <br />the residents, based on a majority of respondents, as to their interest in keep' <br />code, or to be served by the 55038 Hugo zip code. The survey was split into <br />along the line of TH61 in south Hugo. Surveys were sent to 129 residents in <br />were 106 returned: 16 were in favor of the proposed change, and 90 were o <br />206 were sent, and 169 were returned: 149 residents were opposed to the ch <br />of the proposed change. The USPS has determined, as a result of this survey <br />change in the residents living in south Hugo, and they continue to use 55110 <br />and zip code information.
