SURVEY RESULTS FOR POSTAL SERVICE IN 55110 ZIP CODE The U.S. Postal Service conducted a survey of Hugo residents living in the 5 currently served by the WBL Post Office. The purpose of the survey was to the residents, based on a majority of respondents, as to their interest in keep' code, or to be served by the 55038 Hugo zip code. The survey was split into along the line of TH61 in south Hugo. Surveys were sent to 129 residents in were 106 returned: 16 were in favor of the proposed change, and 90 were o 206 were sent, and 169 were returned: 149 residents were opposed to the ch of the proposed change. The USPS has determined, as a result of this survey change in the residents living in south Hugo, and they continue to use 55110 and zip code information. No formal Council action was required.
