City Council meeting of May 21, 2001 Page 7 COUNTY AERIAL AND TWO FOOT CONTOUR MAPPING City Engineer Dave Mitchell presented this issue at a staff level and presented it to the Council for consideration and approval for necessary mapping within the City. The cost for mapping 16 square miles that would include the MUSA and urban reserve area would be $ 17,600. The City could not require developers to pay for the data, but could require the developer to provide on their own. The Council discussed possible ways to pay for the mapping, including it as a budget item, a capital improvements item, or require the developer to provide. Miron made motion, Puleo seconded, to table this matter to allow staff time to provide a funding source and possible ways to recoup the cost. All aye. Motion Carried. RESCHEDULE ALLEGED LIQUOR LICENSE VIOLATION HEARING FROM MAY 21, 2001 TO JUNE 1& 2001 (THE END ZONE) City Attorney Dave Snyder agreed to schedule the administrative hearing for the alleged violation of the End Zone Bar for selling alcohol without a liquor license at the regularly scheduled May 21, 2001 City Council meeting. Notice of hearing was sent by certified mail to Antonina Kramarczuk and Alexei Pachtchenko, and neither of the parties claimed the envelope. Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to reschedule the administrative hearing regarding the allowed liquor license violation at the End Zone for June 18, 2001 at 7:30 pm. All aye. Motion Carried. MEETING DATE TO FINALIZE CHARRETTE/VISIONINGPROCESS The Council chose June 25, 26, or 28 as possible dates to hold the charrettelvisioning process meeting. This matter will be placed on the Council meeting agenda for June 18th to finalize the date. A meeting will be held on a bi-monthly basis with TH61 business owners to disucss downtown redevelopment efforts. ZONING ORDINANCE UPDATE CD Director John Rask updated the Council on Planning Commission discussion on the zoning ordinance. Puleo made motion, Petryk seconded, reminding the Planning Commission to limit discussion of zoning ordinance changes to updating the residential districts, PUD, and general organization of the document.
