This letter wreferred to the City's <br />Parks Commission for consideration. <br />PONDING EASEMENT (KEN TSCHIDA PROPERTY) <br />City Administrator Michael Ericson publicly disclosed that the City might n t have obtained a utility <br />easement from Ken Tschida for a pond. City Attorney Snyder stated that a 1 ond located on the Ken <br />Tschida property did not have an easement and will need to be memorialize(. Mayor Miron had <br />recollection of a meeting at Washington County with an arbitrator addressin this matter. <br />Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, directing staff to research this matter <br />future Council meeting. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />PUBLIC WORKS TOUR <br />Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to reschedule the New Brighton and <br />department tours to June 25, 2001 at 3:00 pm with the regularly schedule <br />City Hall. <br />All aye.
