MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 1. 2001 <br />Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. <br />PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />City Administrator, Michael Ericson <br />CD Director, John Rask <br />City Attorney, Dave Snyder <br />City Engineer, Dave Mitchell <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />MINUTES FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 17.2001 <br />Miron made motion, Puleo seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of September <br />17, 2001 as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MINUTES FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 20.2001 <br />Puleo made motion, Granger seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of <br />September 20, 2001, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Petryk made motion, Granger seconded, to approve the agenda with the following additions: <br />Report on ICMA Annual Conference <br />Discussion on Pond in Peloquin Industrial Park <br />Discussion on Municipal Cooperative Agreement (MnDOT) <br />Report on RCWD Meeting of 9/26/01 <br />Sweet Grass Meadows Ditch Update <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />RAY VANDEVEER — MINNESOTA STATE REPRESENTATIVE <br />Representative Vandeveer appeared before the Council stating his desire to "keep in touch" with the <br />City, and to make himself available to listen to concerns of the City. <br />DENNIS HEGBERG (WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONER) <br />County Commissioner Dennis Hegberg appeared before the Council to discuss current and future issues <br />between the City and Washington County. He reported on the following: Doug Fischer going to Anoka <br />County; JD2; CR 8; TH61; commuter rail; and County trails. <br />
