City Council meeting of October 1, 2001 <br />Page 5 <br />FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR VICTOR GARDENS <br />In 1999, developer Len Pratt, along with John Peterson, Gene Arndt, and Contractor Property <br />Developers Company, presented to Council a plat for a residential subdivision on the property formerly <br />owned by Rosemary Wenzel. On July 2, 2001, the City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary <br />plat. City staff has worked diligently with the developer on a variety of issues to provide a final plat and <br />Development Agreement, which meets the residential subdivision standards, and provides for a new and <br />exciting residential development on the southeastern border of the City. The Lino Lakes City Council <br />approved the JPA with Hugo at its September 24, 2001 regular Council meeting. City staff <br />recommended Council approve the final plat for the Victor Gardens subdivision and the Development <br />Agreement, which details a new and improved residential standard in the City. <br />Miron made motion; Granger seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 2001-57 APPROVING FINAL PLAT <br />FOR PRATT-ARNT-OAKWOOD, LLC FOR VICTOR GARDENS ON PROPERTY LOCATED <br />NORTH AND SOUTH OF CSAH 8 AND EAST OF EXISTING ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH. The <br />City Attorney is authorized to make any nonsubstantive changes to the Development Agreement as may <br />be required. <br />VOTING AYE: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 2001-58 APPROVING THE <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PRATT-ARNT-OAKWOOD, LLC FOR VICTOR GARDENS <br />ON PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH AND SOUTH OF CSAH 8 AND EAST OF EXISTING <br />ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH, with amendment to discuss street naming section at the City Council <br />meeting of October 15, 2001. <br />VOTING AYE: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 10:00 pm. <br />All aye.
