No report was available. <br />THE END ZONE (UPDATE) <br />Attorney Galler stated that a report will be available for the Council meeting of 2/7/00. <br />INTERIM ADM MSTRATOR <br />Stoltzman made motion, Barnes seconded, that Robert Museus act as interim City <br />Administrator until a replacement for the position is filled. Mr. Museus will remain <br />assuming that he be allowed to give a two-week notice of termination. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />A letter of understanding shall be drafted outlining terms of employment. <br />JD2 (PUBLIC RELATIONS) <br />Council member Barnes is preparing a resident informational release on JD2 litigation, a <br />copy of which will be provided to Council member Petryk for her review. <br />APPLE VALLEY TREATMENT PLANT TOUR <br />Because of poor weather, the tour planned for January 12, 2000 had to be cancelled. Chris <br />Petree will coordinate another visit. <br />ANDREW GOIFFON (SEPTIC SYSTEM) <br />The City received a letter from Andrew Goiffon's attorney regarding treatment of waste <br />from his slaughtering operation. Said letter will be forwarded to Washington County, the <br />City's septic system inspection agency, for their review and comment. <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 10:00 pm. <br />All aye.
