MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF FEBRUARY 22, 2000 <br />Mayor Walter Stoltzman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Haas, Petryk, Stoltzman <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />City Attorney, Greg Galler <br />City Engineer, Dave Mitchell <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />ABSENT: Jim Leroux <br />ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br />Planning Commission Appointment <br />Discuss status of committees <br />Administrator Search <br />Joint Meeting to Discuss Housing Policy <br />Real Estate for Sale Along TH61 <br />Business Exchange <br />Liquor License Fine (Bogatty) <br />Peggy Sand (Wildlife Project) <br />Parks Commission Brochure <br />City Attorney (Vehicle Forfeiture) <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Barnes made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br />City Council minutes for February 7, 2000 <br />Minutes for Executive Session of February, 7, 2000 <br />/Findings of Fact (Wussler) <br />Probation Review (Petree) <br />JD Litigation Meetings <br />Charitable Gambling License (Hugo Firemen's Relief Association) <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Stoltzman made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the General Claims for February 22, 2000, as <br />submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT (WUSSLER) <br />The Council considered Findings of Fact, prepared by the City Attorney, relating to the approval of <br />a variance request by Jack Wussler for his property located at Lot 6, Block 1, Oakshore Park <br />subdivision. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Findings of Fact, as submitted. <br />
