Jackson, Judy A. Marier, and the City of Hugo to adjust the property line
of Outlot A, Woods of Bald Eagle. This transfers approximately 7.55 acres of the Jackson property
to the City of Hugo for combination with approximately 6. l4 acres currently owned by the City
(Linden property). Hugo City Code, Chapter 320, Section 7.19 states that, "where adjacent
property owners desire to adjust a mutual lot line without creating a new parcel or lot of record,
they may request a lot line adjustment....where the adjustment of a property line between two
properties retains or causes both properties to be in conformance with the City's land use
regulations, the zoning administrator shall provide the application to the City Council for
administrative review and consideration". Parcels owned by the City of Hugo and the Jackson
family are both zoned general industrial. Given approval of the lot line adjustment, the new parcel
descriptions meet all dimensional requirements for standard development found in Figure 3-2 of the
City's comprehensive land use regulations. The Council was informed that wetland delineation for
this property had been approved.
Barnes made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the lot line adjustment, as requested. The
adjustment will retain or cause both properties to be in confonmance with the City's comprehensive
land use regulations.
All aye.
