MINUTES FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF APRIL 3, 2000 <br />Mayor Walter Stoltzman called the meeting to order at 7:09 pm. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Haas, Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />City Attorney, Dave Snyder <br />City Engineer, Dave Mitchell <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Barnes made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br />Claims for April 3, 2000 <br />2000 Street Crack filling Contract <br />Greystone Realty Agreement <br />SEH Professional Services Agreement <br />140`h/Fenway Storm Sewer Extension <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Haas made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to approve the minutes for the Council meeting of March <br />20, 2000, as submitted. <br />Voting AYE: Barnes, Haas, Leroux, Stoltzman <br />ABSTAINED: Petryk <br />Motion Carried. <br />Leroux made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to approve the minutes for the Council meeting of March <br />27, 2000, as submitted. <br />Voting AYE: Haas, Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman <br />ABSTAINED: Barnes <br />Motion Carried. <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing at their regular meeting of March 22, 2000, to <br />consider an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan to reflect the City's <br />intended use of the Metropolitan Council's Environmental Service's trunk sewer main being <br />constructed along Elmcrest Avenue and 145`h Street. The Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the amendment. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved forwarding the <br />Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan Amendment to the Metropolitan Council. <br />2000 STREET CRACKFILLING CONTRACT <br />The Council considered a memorandum from Chris Petree, the City's Maintenance Supervisor, <br />requesting the City enter into a contract with Bergman Companies to provide 14,000 pounds of the <br />
