Adoption of the Consent agenda approved <br />the contract, as recommended by Mr. Petree. <br />GREYSTONE REALTY AGREEMENT <br />The Council considered a Nonexclusive Sales Agreement between the City of Hugo and Greystone <br />Realty for property in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. An amendment to the Agreement was made to <br />base the fee that may be paid to the realtor on the percentage of the lot to be occupied by a building. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Agreement, as presented. <br />SEH PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />The Council considered a revised Agreement between the City of Hugo and SEH for professional <br />engineering services. It included those revisions approved by the City Council on March 20, 2000. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Agreement, as presented. <br />140TH/FENWAY STORM SEWER EXTENSION <br />The City Engineer received quotes for the construction of the storm sewer line running parallel to <br />140`h from the proposed Rick's Liquor site to Fenway Boulevard. The City had committed to <br />constructing this line as part of the Development Agreement for Rick's Liquor. The low bidder was <br />RO-SO Contracting at a cost of $18,498.00. Adoption of the Consent agenda approved entering into <br />a contract with RO-SO for the installation of the storm sewer line. <br />FIRSTAR TAX APPEAL <br />Firstar Hugo Bank, 14431 Forest Boulevard N., has appealed its 1999 real property tax assessment. <br />The County Attorney's office will handle this appeal at no cost to the City if the City Council so <br />desires, or the Council may direct its own legal representation to process the assessment appeal. <br />Haas made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to allow the County Attorney's office to represent the City <br />of Hugo Firstar's appeal to its 1999 property taxes. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />JD LITIGATION MEETING <br />Haas made motion, Leroux seconded, to establish a special meeting of the Hugo City Council on <br />April 12, 2000, Hugo City Hall, at 7:00 pm, for the purpose of meeting with the City's legal <br />representation on the Judicial Ditch 2 litigation. <br />All aye. Motion Carred. <br />SCHOOL PARK PROPOSAL <br />Robyn LaCasse of the Park, Recreation, Open Space Advisory Commission and Barb Kearns, <br />principal of Hugo Elementary School, were present at the meeting to present a proposal for the City <br />
