City Council meeting of April 17, 2000 <br />Page 3 <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (MN UNION BUILDERS) <br />Stoltzman made motion, Petryk seconded, to table this matter until the special Council meeting of <br />April 24, 2000. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BEIP 4" ADDITION <br />The Council reviewed a revised Development Agreement between the City of Hugo and the Jackson <br />family for the subdivision known as BEIP 4h Addition. Water Resource Engineer, Pete Willenbring, <br />provided his recommendation for the storm water management fees to be applied to this project. <br />Tom Jackson requested the Council consider payment of the fee as the lots were developed (four <br />lots). Attorney Galler stated that he will incorporate language addressing his request in a revised <br />Development Agreement. <br />Stoltzman made motion, Petryk seconded, to table this matter until the Council meeting of April 24, <br />2000. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT (LINO LAKES) <br />The Council considered a proposed Mutual Aid Agreement between the cities of Hugo, Centerville, <br />and Lino Lakes, establishing a system by which the cities may aid each other, on an "as -needed" <br />basis, with the maintenance and repair of their municipal water and sanitary sewer systems. The city <br />of Lino Lakes has approved this Agreement. <br />Leroux made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the Mutual Aid Agreement between the cities of <br />Hugo, Centerville, and Lino Lakes, establishing a system to aid each other on the maintenancelrepair <br />of their mutual water and sanitary sewer system. <br />Voting AYE: Barnes, Haas, Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried. <br />JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT (HUGO ELEMENTARY PARKI <br />The Council considered a copy of a Joint Powers Agreement prepared by the City Attorney for the <br />City's use and contribution to the Hugo Elementary School park. The document has been reviewed <br />and approved by the Parks Chairperson, as well as the White Bear school district. <br />Barnes made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the Joint Powers Agreement between the City of <br />Hugo and the WBL School District (ISD #624), authorizing the City's use, and contribution of <br />$25,000, to the Hugo Elementary School park. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
