MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 2.2000 <br />Mayor Walter Stoltzman called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Haas, Petryk, Stoltzman <br />City Administrator, Michael Ericson <br />City Attorney, Dave Snyder <br />Community Development Director, John Rask <br />City Engineer, Dave Mitchell <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />ABSENT: Jim Leroux <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 11.2000 <br />Petryk made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of <br />September 11, 2000, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 18.2000 <br />Barnes made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of <br />September 18, 2000, as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MINUTES FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION OF SEPTEMBER 18.2000 <br />Barnes made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to approve the minutes for the executive session of <br />September 18, 2000, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 25.2000 <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of <br />September 25, 2000, as amended. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Petryk Stoltzman <br />ABSTAINED: Chuck Haas <br />Motion Carried. <br />ASSOCIATION OF METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITIES (GENE RANIERII <br />Executive Director, Gene Ranieri, and Roger Peterson from AMM, presented a membership proposal <br />to the Council. Membership in the AMM would allow the City an opportunity for additional lobbying <br />services as a growth -city in the Twin Cities metro area, at a cost of $1,947, which would be prorated <br />over the end of 2000. The benefits of membership in the AMM are numerous, and it would be a City <br />
