MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF MAY 17, 1999 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Walter Stoltzman at 7:00pm. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Haas, Petryk, Stoltzman <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />City Attorney representative, Dave Snyder <br />City Engineer, Tom Angus <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />ABSENT: Tim Leroux <br />ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br />Workshop to discuss Bald Eagle Industrial Park <br />JD Litigation <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Petryk made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br />City Council minutes for May 3, 1999 <br />City Council minutes for May 5, 1999 <br />City Council minutes for May 10, 1999 <br />General Claims for May 17, 1999 <br />SUP (North Country Auto Body) <br />One Day Beer License (Hugo Lions) <br />Jobs Advertising <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SUP (NORTH COUNTRY AUTO BODY) <br />On May 3, 1999, the City Council received a recommended SUP for North Country Auto Body, Inc., <br />5451 140th Street. The Council tabled action on the Permit out of concern that allowing unlicensed <br />vehicles on the property would not be in conformance with the City's junkyard ordinance. Staff revised <br />the wording of paragraph 3 in response to Council concerns. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved <br />the SUP as revised. <br />ONE DAY BEER LICENSE (HUGO LIONS) <br />The Hugo Lions Club requested a temporary license to sell beer on -sale during Good Neighbor Days on <br />June 11, 12, and 13, 1999. The beer will be sold at the their pavilion in the City park. A copy of a <br />certificate of liquor liability insurance has been provided. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the <br />license, as requested. <br />
