MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF JUNE 21, 1999 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Walter Stoltzman at 7:05 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Haas, Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />City Attorney, Greg Galler <br />City Engineer, Tom Angus <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br />Staff evaluations <br />Building moratorium <br />Dufour house for sale on Forest Blvd. <br />Hire part-time maintenance employee <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Barnes made motion, Leroux seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br />Minutes for the closed session of June 7, 1999 <br />Minutes for the closed session of June 8, 1999 <br />Curbside Recycling Grant <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Barnes made motion, Leroux seconded, to approve the minutes for the meeting of June 7, 1999 and <br />June 8, 1999, as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Haas made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to approve the claims for June 21, 1999, with deletion of <br />payment to Ehlers and Associates in the amount of $1,110.00. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />The City Administrator will attempt to negotiate charges with Ehlers. <br />CURBSIDE RECYCLING GRANT <br />The Council considered a Memorandum of Agreement for Curbside Recycling Grant provided by <br />Washington County to assist the City in funding its solid waste recycling program. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approve the Agreement as presented. <br />LETTER OF CREDIT REDUCTION (CREEKVIEW PRESERVE) <br />The Council considered a letter from the City Engineer recommending that the letter of credit required <br />for the Creekview Preserve subdivision be reduced to $334,000 in recognition of work performed to <br />
