MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF AUGUST 16.1999 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Walter Stoltzman at 7:00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Haas, Petryk, Stoltzman <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />City Attorney, Greg Galler <br />City Engineer, Tom Angus <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />ABSENT: Debra Barnes and Tim Leroux <br />ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br />Greene Avenue/Sweet Grass Meadows 2nd Addition <br />Budget Workshops <br />Letter from Father Friberg (Panther) <br />ARK (Status) <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Stoltzman made motion, Petryk seconded, to adopt the following Consent Agenda: <br />City Council minutes for August 2, 1999 <br />Claims for August 16, 1999 <br />South Water Tower Cleaning <br />1999 Crack Sealing <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />COUNCIL MINUTES (8/9/99) <br />Stoltzman made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of August <br />9, 1999, as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SOUTH WATER TOWER CLEANING <br />The Council considered the recommendation of Public Works Supervisor, Chris Petree, to have Kangas <br />Tank and Maintenance clean the south water cost at a cost of $4,000.
