MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF 2/18/98 <br />The meeting was reconvened from the meeting of February 17, 1998, at 7:35PM. <br />PRESENT: Arcand, Barnes, Goiffon, Leroux, Miron <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />BROWN'S CREEK RESOLUTION <br />Barnes made motion, Leroux seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1998-5, A <br />RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF S.F. 3057 PROVIDING FLOOD RELIEF AND <br />ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR THE BROWN'S CREEK WATERSHED. <br />VOTING AYE: Arcand, Barnes, Goiffon, Leroux, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />MASTER PARK PLAN <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to approve the Master Park Plan, as revised. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SNOW AND ICE CONTROL POLICY <br />At Council direction, the City's Maintenance Supervisor prepared a policy for the removal <br />of snow and ice from City streets. The policy was reviewed by the City Attorney and the <br />Washington County Public Works Department. <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to adopt the Snow and Ice Control Policy, as <br />submitted by the City's Maintenance Supervisor. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, directing City staff to draft a Road Grading Policy <br />for Council review. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />DRAFT ALARM SYSTEM ORDINANCE <br />At Council direction, the City Attorney prepared an ordinance establishing fees to be paid <br />by a resident or business for multiple false alarms. <br />
