Motion Carried. <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION (NELSON) <br />Tim and Karen Nelson, 7605 128th Street, requested a minor subdivision of their property at <br />the above address. The property is zoned a mix of agriculture and RR2, consisting of 26.9 <br />acres. One lot will consist of 20 acres, and the second lot, approximately 6.9 acres. The <br />Planning Commission considered this request at their meeting of May 27, 1998, and <br />recommended approval of the subdivision, subject to a permit from the RCWD and payment <br />of the parkland dedication fee, $1,350.00.
