Motion Carried. <br />MOLITOR PROPERTY <br />The Roy Molitor property, consisting of 46 acres, was determined to have 13 acres of wetlands not <br />previously identified, resulting in 301/o less usable land. This property is to be used for the new Fire Hall <br />and the Fenway Boulevard project. Because the property has three parcel numbers, subdivision will also <br />need to be obtained, with the earliest date of Council approval at August 3, 1998. The Council will need <br />to determine if the property is worth less than the purchase price agreed to previously. . <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, directing the City Attorney to contact Mr. Molitor's attorney <br />outlining the City's concerns, and have an appraisal done on the property to determine a cost figure. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion, Goiffon seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of June 12, <br />1998, after insertion of dollar amounts in the Beaver Ponds discussion. <br />All aye.
