Motioned carried. JOINT MEETING (HUGO, WHITE BEAR TOWNSHIP, LINO LAKES) A joint meeting had been scheduled for July 29, 1998, 7:30 p.m., at a location to be determined. Council reviewed a draft agenda for the meeting and Leroux requested the issue of hunting on Bald Eagle be added to the agenda. Leroux made motion, Barnes seconded, to hold a joint meeting with Lino Lakes with the issue of hunting on Bald Eagle be added to the agenda All aye. Motion carried. MAPPING BY MARK HURD Miron motioned, Leroux seconded, to table discussion until talking with the Water Engineer on the issues involved. All aye. Motion carried. UPDATE FROM THE CITY ENGINEER 1. Construction on Fenway should begin in mid-August. Bids will be taken on July 30, 1998. 2. Woods of Bald Eagle is presently under construction. 3. Ethan Avenue will be closed for approximately ten days while utilities are installed. 4. Creekview Preserve has begun grading operations. No plans or specifications have been received as of yet. 5. Oneka Lake View will begin grading this week. 6. Beaver Ponds will begin grading in August. 7. Ingersoll Avenue plans for improvement have been approved and they are waiting for bids. No building permits are being issued. LETTER TO RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT Council reviewed a letter to the Board of Managers regarding the Hardwood Creek Condition Meeting and suggested changing the wording to read, "157th Street is scheduled for regraveling this year and it is the City's desire to reset this culvert as part of this project", and to delete, "This is the only work the City is contemplating on doing along Hardwood Creek." Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the letter to the Board of Manager, Rice Creek Watershed District, as amended. All aye. Motion carried.
