City Council meeting of January 21, 1997 <br />Page 4 <br />Miron made motion, Goiffon seconded, directing Pete Willenbring to notify all required <br />agencies that the City of Hugo is planning to adopt its Comprehensive Stormwater <br />Management Pian on March 17, 1997. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Goiffon, Leroux, Miron <br />VOTING NAY: Debi Johnson <br />Motion Carried. <br />FIRE HALL COMM UME <br />Dave Schumann, Committee member, updated the Council on their latest meeting. <br />LITIGATION UPDATE <br />City Attorney Galler updated the Council on the following matters: Roger Dupaul, <br />William Lowell, James Brevig, and RCA. <br />Barnes made motion, Miron seconded, directing the City mor to send a letter to <br />River City Asphalt putting these on notice that their Mining Permit will not be approved if <br />all requested information is not submitted to the City. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CABLE EOUIPMENT <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, directing City staff to establish a log of when the <br />cable equipment is not functioning properly. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to adjourn at 8:50PM. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Mary A6treager. City Clerk <br />
