City Council meeting of January 21, 1997 <br />Page 3 <br />1. Along on 129th Street along the north end of Bald Eagle Lake. <br />2. On Forest Road crossing Hardwood Creek. <br />Barnes made motion, Goiffnn seconded, authorizing repair of the guardrail and riprap <br />along the .bridge on 129th Street at the north end of Bald Eagle Lake. Repairs will be done <br />in the Spring to keep costs down. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Miran made motion, Leroux seconded, that the bridge on Forest Road crossing Hardwood <br />Creek be ` watched7 for any changes, and traffic control signs will be installed, if needed. <br />All aye. Motion Carried <br />ROFESSIONAL SERVICES EVALUATI <br />The Council received forms for evaluating the contract services provided by Tom Angus, <br />Pete Willenbriag, Ed Elliott, and Greg Galler. Staff requested that the Council complete <br />and return these forms to the City Administrator by February 3, 1997. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Mayor Miron noted that he had received a call fiom Lenny Munch, owner of RJ's, <br />regarding the quality of his water. Mr. Munch stated that he had not paid his utility bill, <br />and requested that the penalty be waived because of the poor water. Mayor Miron asked <br />that he put his request in writing, which was not done. Ordinance states that a license can <br />be revoked because of nonpayment of City charges. <br />Barnes made nation, Miron seconded, directing the City Attorney to start hearing <br />procedures for possible revocation of RJ's liquor license for nonpayment of the City's <br />utility bill. Proposed date of said hearing is February 18, 1997. <br />All aye. Motion Carried <br />FINDINGS OF FACT (RICCP'S) <br />Because the City Attorney noted an addition was needed to the previously -approved <br />Findings of Fact regarding the liquor license violation at Ricci's Saloon, the following <br />motion was made: <br />Miron made motion, Goiffon seconded, to vacate the previously -approved Findings of Fact <br />for Ricci's Saloon, and approve the amended document. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />COMPREHENSIVE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />Pete Willenbring of WSB presented the Council with the newly -revised Plan., stating that <br />the Plan is 95% finalized. <br />
