MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCEL MEETING OF 02/03/97 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Fran Miron at 7:15 PM. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Goiffon, Johnson, Leroux, Miron <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />City Attorney, Greg Galler <br />City Engineer, Tom Angus <br />City Planner, Ed Elliott <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />ADDMONS TO AGENDA <br />Petition to RCWD from Resident of Columbus Township <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br />City Council minutes for January 21, 1997 <br />General Claims for February 3, 1997 <br />Special Use Permit (Xai Keu) <br />Special Use Permit (Peltier/SBA) <br />Firefighter Appointment <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION (CREAGER) <br />Tom and Mary Ann Creager, 12203 Ingersoll Avenue, have requested a change in the lot <br />line between Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Arcand Estates subdivision, with both parcels being <br />owned by the Creagers. The property is zoned RR2. The rearrangement of the lots <br />proposed would provide lake frontage to both lots, and following the rearrangement, both <br />lots would exceed the five acre minimum lot size. The PC considered this request at their <br />meeting of January 22, 1997, and recommended approval of the resubdivision as proposed. <br />Mayor Miron stated that the Creagers would need a SUP, as the change in lot lines would <br />place a small pole barn on Lot B with no principal building. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to approve the change in the lot line between Lots 2 <br />and 3, Block 1, Arcand Estates subdivision, subject to the following: <br />1. A SUP be obtained for Lot B because of pole barn with no principal building. <br />2. A perc test be provided for Lot B. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
