City Council meeting of April 7, 1997 <br />Page 4 <br />Peloauin Industrial Park <br />The City has received three proposals from qualified firms to conduct appraisals <br />and potential assessments for the Peloquin Industrial Park Improvement Project. <br />The cost and methodologies of the firms were widely different. After <br />presentations from the three firms the following motion was made. <br />Motion made by Miron, seconded by Barnes to direct Administrator Museus work <br />with Lake State Realty Company to establish specific properties for appraisal and <br />to refine the scope of the work. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Seotic System Ordinance Revisions <br />Motion made by Miron, seconded by Leroux to adopt the Washington County Tri - <br />annual septic system inspection ordinance when completed. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Litigation <br />City Attorney Greg Galler updated the Council on the Homestead Avenue Pond, <br />Oneka Estates Lien, River City Asphalt, and Riopel cases. <br />Council recommended that inspection and well testing be performed at the River <br />City Asphalt site. <br />Carnelian Marine Watershed District Board Vacancy <br />A board member of the Carnelian Marine Watershed District has resigned, <br />effective March 17, 1997. The Washington County Board has requested <br />nominations from cities and townships for replacements to serve the remainder of <br />the term. Only a small portion of the City is within the Carnelian Marine <br />Watershed District. <br />Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Goiffon to make no recommendation for the <br />Carnelian Marine Watershed District seat. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />
