Motion Carried. <br />REZONING REQUEST_ (MCCLJL,LOUGH ) <br />Lauren McCullough, 15597 Forest Blvd., has requested to rezone 2.8 acre- <br />from retail business to industrial to allow the expansion of business on <br />the site. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on the <br />Mr-Cul.lough's request on January 24., 1996, and, again, on February '28, <br />1996. They recommended approval of the zoning change. The Council. <br />concurred with the Planninq_ Commission's recommendation based on the <br />following criteria: <br />1. Land north and south of the McCullough property is zoned industrial. <br />The revised Comp Plan guides that property to the industrial zone. <br />3. Use of the property is "limited" industrial. <br />4. The property is located outside of the MUSA. <br />5.
