City Council meeting of March 4, 1996 Page 4 with the Planning Commission on March 11, 1996, 7:30 PM, at the Rice Lake Park Building to discuss the Bald Eagle Industrial Party: PID. Tonight's meeting will need to be recessed until this date. Because of a conflict for the Council joint meeting with May Township on March 25, 1996, the following motion was made: Miron made motion, LeroUX seconded, to reschedule the Hugo Council/May Township joint meeting of March '25, 1996, until sometime after March 2.7, 1996. All aye. Motion Carried. TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE On February 4, 1996, the HUgo City Council conducted a public hearing regarding adoption of a Telecommunications Ordinance. After public comment and discussion, the City Council tabled action on the ordinance, and directed the City Attorney to prepare certain changes to the document. A review ordinance was provided to the Council prior to this meeting. Miron made motion, LeroUX seconded, to adopt ORDINANCE 96-3.oe AN ORDINANCE GOVERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION, OPERATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, REMOVAL, AND RELOCATION OF FACILITIES AND EGlUIPMENT USED FOR THE TRANSMISSION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS OR RELATED SERVICES IN THE PUBLIC GROUND OF THE CITY OF HUGO.
