City Council meeting of April 15, 1996 <br />Page 5 <br />April 23 at 7:00 PM, April 24 at 9:15 AM, or April 25 in the morning or <br />evening. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br />The City has received notice that'Washington County will hold a meeting on <br />April 30th at the Washington County Historic Courthouse, at 7:00 PM, to <br />discuss interest in forming a League of Local Governments. <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, that one or two members of the City <br />Council, along with City staff, be authorized to attend said meeting. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />COUNCIL SELF-EVALUATION WORKSHOP <br />The Council will determine a workshop date sometime in May, 1996. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, directing the City Administrator to <br />draft an Council evaluation form for use at a future workshop. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Resident Wally Stoltzman inquired about the status of road signs for <br />Everton Avenue, south of 165th Street. Maintenance Supervisor, Mike Kriz, <br />stated that this was on his "to do" list. <br />Mr. Stoltzman also reiterated his desire that the Council hold their <br />meetings at night rather than during the day so that he might be able to <br />attend. <br />GRANGER'S (SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />Granger's 61 Stop is proposing installation of inground spill tanks and <br />two fuel dispensers that will be located 14' from the bituminous edge of <br />T.H. 61. Councilman LaValle stated that Granger's will need an amended <br />SUP rather than site plan approval, and will need to go through the <br />hearing process at the Planning Commission level. The Council and <br />engineer suggested the following be addressed: site distances, setbacks, <br />and drainage. This matter is referred to the Planning Commission. <br />LOUCKS ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CONTRACT <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to table action on this matter until <br />the Council meeting of May 6, 1996. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />LaValle made motion, Goiffon seconded, to adjourn at 10:05 PM. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Mary n Creager, 'ty Clerk <br />
