The PC considered this request at their meeting of November 20, <br />1996, and recommended approval of the subdivision subject to conditions: <br />Leroux made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the request of Dean Johnson to <br />subdivide 30.13 acres into three lots of 10 area, 9.9 acres and 10.2 acres, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. Approval by the RCWD. <br />2. Collection of a parkland dedication of $1,500 for the three newly -created lots. <br />3. Approval of the septic system by Washington County. <br />4. Potential buyers of the property are to be made aware of the adjacent Wild <br />Wings game farm. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />_-U4,21ZIm _-� <br />Kenco Construction requested to relocate a water quality pond, currently located <br />west of Geneva Avenue, to Outlot B, RL.M#2. The pond serves to improve the <br />quality of storm water runoff from approximately 1.01 acres in the RLM 2nd and <br />3rd Additions. The PC considered this request on November 20, 1996, and <br />recommended approval of the amended site plan to relocate the pond onto Outlot <br />B, subject to conditions. <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the request of Kenco <br />Construction to relocate a water quality pond, currently located west of Geneva <br />Avenue, to Outlot B, Rice Lake Meadows #2. Approval is subject to the <br />following special conditions: <br />1. Approval of the final construction plans by the City Engineer. <br />2. Approval of the change by the RCWD. <br />3. Installation of a pipe to cavy the storm water runoff from Geneva Avenue to <br />the pond's new location. <br />4. Kenco Construction shall provide the City with a Letter of Credit in an amount <br />equivalent to 125% of the City Engineer's estimated cost of the project. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
