The developer obtain necessary permits from the City for all parking <br />facilities to be installed. <br />2. Approval is subject to the City's receipt of approved drainage plan <br />for the site from RCWD. <br />3. Prior to construction on site, necessary permits for septic systems <br />shall be provided. <br />4. Additional access approval from the State is required for additional <br />buildings. <br />5. Twelve evergreen trees, 5'- 6' in height, be planted on the west <br />property line for screening by March 1, 1996. <br />6. Any variance to the outside storage would require a Special Use <br />Permit. <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to amend the previous motion to also <br />allow construction of x 30' x 4i)' office and a 40' y 40' cold storage <br />building, maintaining a 205' setback from Highway 61. <br />VOTE ON AMENDMENT: All aye. Motion Carried. <br />VOTE ON ORIGINAL MOTION: <br />AYE: Goiffon, Leroux, Miron <br />NAY: LaValle <br />Motion Carried. <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION (STORM <br />Mr. Grover Storm, 8047 132nd St. North, applied to subdivide 24.2 acres, <br />zoned RR2, into one ten acre parcel and one 14.2 acre parcel. The Hugo <br />Planning Commission considered this request on February 22, 1995, and <br />recommended approval. <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to approve the subdivision request <br />of Grover Storm to subdivide 24.2 acres into one ten acre parcel and one <br />14.2 parcel, subject to a permit by the Washington County Public Health <br />for a septic site on the new lot being created by the subdivision. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />AMENDED SPECIAL USE PERMIT (BALD EAGLE SPORTSMAN ASSN) <br />The Bald Eagle Sportsmen's Association has requested amendments to their <br />existing SUP. The amendments requested would allow construction of a 40' <br />X 12' addition to an existing building on site to be used for equipment <br />storage, allow for one DCM shoot in September, replacing a similar shoot <br />authorized in October, and to clarify Item No. 21 of the current permit to <br />allow for black powder firearms on the site. The request was subject to a <br />public hearing held by the Hugo Planning Commission on February 22, 1995. <br />The PC recommended approval of two of the requests, but made no <br />recommendation on the request to allow black powder firearms.
