City Council meeting of March 6, 1995 <br />Page 6 <br />Mr. Schadt asked that the.City provide some kind of snowplowing for that <br />area to allow better access to the building, and expressed his thanks to <br />the City for use of the building. <br />1995 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION HAULING LICENSES <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to issue Solid Waste Collection <br />Hauling Licenses to the following: Maroney's Service, Inc., Lake <br />Sanitation, Inc., Bellaire Sanitation, Inc., Gene's Disposal Service, and <br />Woodlake Sanitary Service, Inc. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />RESOLUTION (ROAD RESTRICTIONS) <br />By ordinance, the City is required to establish dates of road <br />restrictions. The City Engineer will advise the City of weight <br />limitations to be used on City roads. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1995-5, A <br />RESOLUTION SETTING ROAD RESTRICTIONS FOR YEAR 1995. <br />VOTING AYE: Goiffon, LaValle, Leroux, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />LETTER FROM THE CITY OF MAHTOMEDI <br />The City received a letter from the City of Mahtomedi regarding discussion <br />of recreational facility needs at a meeting to be held on March 20, 1995 <br />at the Middle School. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, directing the City Administrator to <br />outline direction for a City representative attending the meeting. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Resident Wally Stoltzman addressed the Council regarding the condition of <br />sidewalks along Highway 61, and the large^located at the entrance to <br />Nadeau's. A sidewalk ordinance will be available for Council review at <br />the meeting of April 3, 1995. <br />Dan Granger addressed the Council regarding Granger's storage policy and <br />how and why charges are affixed. This discussion was a result of previous <br />discussion regarding forfeiture of the Sean McGovern vehicle. <br />The Council received a letter from the City Attorney regarding underage <br />drinking citations issued at R.J.'s. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux, seconded, to schedule a public hearing for April <br />3, 1995, at 7:05 PM, to discuss alleged violations of the liquor license <br />issued to R.J.'s. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
