City Council meeting of March 20, 1995 <br />Page 4 <br />ATTORNEY GALLER <br />Mr. Galler reported that the City has received the $1200.00 for the <br />forfeited Chevy Glazer owned by Shawn McGovern. <br />Mr. Galler stated that if the City has any menial projects that needed to <br />be done in the City, that they should contact Sentence to Service. He <br />stated that there are more workers than jobs available. Mayor Miron and <br />Councilmen Goiffon and LaValle will coordinate the Citi efforts with the <br />County. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Resident Ed Waller questioned the City Engineer of the status of the <br />report to the RCWD regarding culvert elevations. Mr. Dresel will follow <br />up on the request. <br />LETTER FROM KEN PETERSON (CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY) <br />The City received a letter from the electrical inspector regarding the <br />need for the City to issue Certificate of Occupancy. This matter is to be <br />placed on the Council agenda for April 3, 1995. <br />Councilman Goiffon inquired as to the status of the Walker cemetery <br />matter. This will be reviewed on the City road tour of April 8th. <br />RELOCATION OF HUGO POST OFFICE <br />The Council reviewed a draft letter to Tim Garry regarding land located <br />north of Flay Avenue as a possible site to relocate the Hugo Post Office. <br />The City Administrator and City Engineer are to research the costs for <br />obtaining access and utilities to the site. <br />Miron made motion, LaValle seconded, to set discussion of relocation of <br />Hugo Post Office on the agenda for the special meeting of March 28, 1995. <br />Mr. Tim Garry is to be invited for this discussion. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Leroux made motion, Starnes seconded, to recess tonight's meeting at 9:50 <br />PM until March 28. 1995 at 7:30 PM. <br />All aye.
