City Council meeting of March 28, 1995 <br />Page 2 <br />Teddy Peltier addressed the Council regarding evaluating the use of black <br />powder firearms at the BESA range, and expressed concerns regarding the <br />lack of communication between the City Council and Planning Commission. <br />Mayor Miron informed her that the Council reacted to new information which <br />was provided at the Council meeting of March 20, 1995, and given the <br />Planning Commission's meeting on Mach 22, 1995, there may have been some <br />loss of communication. Councilman LaValle stated that he was at the PC <br />meeting on the 22nd, and informed the PC of the Council's decision to <br />require scientific testing of the noise levels created by the black powder <br />firearms. <br />Councilmember Barnes requested that consideration of a new animal control <br />ordinance be placed on the agenda of the next Council meeting. <br />Leroux; made motion, Goiffon seconded, to adjourn at 10:00 PM. <br />All aye.
