MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF APRIL 3. 1995 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Fran Miron at 7106 CSM. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Goiffon, LaValle, Leroux, Miron <br />City Attorney, Greg Galler <br />City Engineer. Joel Dresel <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />LeroUX made motion. Crusher Ordinance <br />The foregoing consent calendar was approved unanimously. <br />SITE PLAN APPROVAL. (WILSON TOOL). <br />On March 22. 1995, the Hugo Planning Commission considered the request of <br />Wilson Tool for site plan approval to construct a .36,2x)0 square foot <br />building on their property in the Bald Eagle Industrial Parti;. The <br />building will be used as an office (4.800 sq ft) with the balance being <br />used as a manufacturing machine shop. The PC recommended approval of site <br />plan. John Glenn, representing Wilson Tool, was present at the meeting <br />and distributed landscaping plans for the proposed building. The City <br />Engineer stated that he will review the drainage plan for the proposed <br />building. <br />Mir -on made motion, LaValle seconded, to approve the site for Wilson Tool, <br />12912 Farnham Avenue, for construction of a 36,200 square foot building on <br />their property in the Bald Eagle Industrial Parti:.. Approval is subject to <br />the City Engineer reviewing drainage and landscape plans. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />PRELIMINARY PLAN APPROVAL (WOODS OF BALD EAGLE) <br />The Council considered the Planning Commission's Findings of Fact and <br />recommendations pertaining to the request by Grace Development Corporation <br />to develop a Planned Unit Development (PUD) named Woods of Bald Eagle, <br />located south of 130th Street and west of the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. <br />In order for this project to be approved, it requires both a PUD permit <br />and plat approval. Staff recommended approval of the preliminary plat in <br />accordance with the 210 conditions established by the PC. The PUD permit <br />would be issued concurrently with final plat approval.
