City Council meeting of April 3, 1995 <br />Paae 4 <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />At the suggestion of Councilman LaValle, staff was directed to publish a <br />notice in the City's legal newspaper soliciting members from the <br />community. <br />ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE <br />Council member Barnes requested that discussion of an animal control <br />ordinance be placed on the Council agenda. <br />Barnes, made motion, LeroUX seconded, to schedule a public hearing to <br />consider adoption of a domesticated animal ordinance for May 1, 1995. <br />After discussion of the proposed ordinance, certain changes were requested <br />by the Council. <br />Barnes and LeroUX withdrew their motion. <br />Barnes made motion, LaValle seconded, to table action on the proposed <br />ordinance Until the meeting of April 17, 1995, to allow time for the City <br />Attorney to draft a revised ordinance. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Congressman Bill Luther will be at City Hall on Saturday, April 29. 1995, <br />between 11:00 AM and 12 noon for a "Listening Session." <br />Bruce Bernin sent a letter to the City thanking for the improvements made <br />to his road. <br />Council calendar for April, 199-5: <br />- Road tour (April 8th at 9:0(--) AM) <br />- Neighborhood meeting (April 10th) <br />- Board of Review (April 17th, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM) <br />- Woods of Bald Eagle Workshop (April 24th at 7:-30 PM) <br />Attorney Galler is preparing the contingency purchase offer for the Gary <br />Svoboda property as a possible site for the new Rost Office. <br />Goiffon made motion.
