MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF JUNE 5. 1995 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Fran Miron at 7:00 PM. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Goiffon, LaValle, Miron <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />City Attorney, Greg Galler <br />City Engineer, Joel Dresel <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />ASSENT: Jim Leroux <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to adopt the following consent <br />calendar: <br />Claims for June 5, 1995 in the amount of $79,686.51 <br />Variance (Oneka Lake Golf Course) <br />SUP w/Variance (Lovegren) <br />Gambling License (St. John's Church) <br />Parti: Reservation (Regal Plastics) <br />Fire Department SOP <br />Amended Seal Coat Plan <br />The foregoing consent calendar was adopted unanimously. <br />LaValle made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the minutes for May 15, <br />1995, as amended. <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION (NORRIS)_ <br />Ms. Darlene Norris, 5812 147th Street, requested to subdivide her property <br />into two parcels. This property is currently zoned SFE, and public storm <br />and sanitary sewer, and water are available. Both parcels will meet the <br />minimum dimension requirements of the City. The Planninq Commission <br />considered this request on May 24, 1995, and recommended approval of the <br />subdivision as proposed. <br />LaValle made motion, Miron seconded, to approv the minor subdivision for <br />Darlene Norris to subdivide her property into;;parcels subject to providing <br />a final certificate of survey and payment of $500.00 parkland dedication <br />fee. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR <br />The City's current part-time utilities maintenance supervisor, Roger <br />Bacon, has stated that he will be leaving the employment of the City at <br />the end of June due to his accepting a new position with his full-time <br />employer. The establishment of a full-time maintenance supervisor <br />position for the City was included in this year's budget. This position <br />will assume additional responsibilities for street maintenance and the <br />proposed drainage utility maintenance program. <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, authorizing City staff to advertise <br />for a full-time maintenance supervisor. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
