{MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY C_OUN_ II I. _MEETING_ (JF :7 UL.Y 17, 1995 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Fran Miron at 7:00 PM. <br />PRESENT: Goiffon, LaValle, Lerou:c, Miron <br />City Administrator, Hobert Museus <br />City Attorney, Greg Galler <br />City Engineer, Joel Dresel <br />City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />ABSENT: Debra Barnes <br />The following items were added to the agenda for discussion: addendum to <br />Loucks report (Stoltzman), proposed civil penalty ordinance, proposed <br />study on Brown's Creek, and GA safety suggestions. <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to adopt the following_ consent <br />agenda: <br />Minutes for the City Council meeting of July 5, 1995 <br />Claims for July 179 1995 in the amount of $172,590.84 <br />On Sale 0.2 beer license (Church of St. John's) <br />On Sale 3.2 beer/cigarette licenses (Bobber's Boats & Bait) <br />The foregoing consent agenda was adopted unanimously. <br />JUVENILE CURFF'EW ORDJ NANCE. <br />A public gearing was held to consider adoption of an ordinance that would <br />set a nighttime curfew for juveniles. There were no oral or written <br />comments received by the Council. <br />Leroux made motion, LaValle seconded, to adopt ORDINANCE 95-302, AN <br />ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 72 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE TO BE KNOWN AS THE <br />"CURFEW (=ORDINANCE.", AND SETTING UP A NIGHTTIME CURFEW FOR JUVENILES. THI'S <br />RDINANCE IS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO MN. STATUTE 145A.05, SURD. 9 AND MN. <br />STATUTE 412.221, S IBD . 32. <br />VOTING AYE: Goiffon, LaValle, Leroux, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />. <br />AIJTO l:i .I: �!°i��N'f L T Nt:, L_ I CENSE � HlJCiO AUTO xs T'FiUC k:: F'AR'r:i ) <br />This matter was tabled from the Council meeting of July 5, 1995 to review <br />a. report from MPCA regarding their inspection of the subject site. The <br />City received a copy of the report, wraith contained no additional <br />information to assist in the licensing process. Councilman LaValle stated <br />that he was still concerned with contamination of groundwater at all <br />dismantling yards, and should be addressed at future renewal times. <br />LaValle made motion. Goiffon seconded, to approve the Auto Dismantling <br />License for Hugo Auto and Truck. Farts, 16615 Forest Boulevard, for the <br />period March 22, 1995 to March 22, 1996, and subject to special <br />conditions. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
