(_IF'DF1 fEI) _I.�PJ] F:QF.h1 Fel�ILSI?ING_C OJiF:) <br />�__ _ _ ................ <br />A public hearing was held to consider an ordinance adopting the Minnesota <br />State Building Code, as revised, and providing for its application, <br />administration, and enforcement. Th.i.s ordinance would repeal the City's <br />existing adoption of a previous building code, and extend the City's <br />building ordinances to include the requirement for certificates of <br />occupancy. The public_ hearing was called to order and Ed Waller asked how <br />the proposed ordinance would affect agricultural property. He was <br />informed that there would be no change to existing regulations. <br />Leroux made motion, Barnes seconded, to adopt. ORDINANCE 95-303 AND <br />ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE AS REVISED AND <br />PROVIDING FOR ITS APPLICATION, ADMINISTRATION, AND ENFORCEMENT; AND <br />PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Goiffon, LaValle, Leroux, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />FUBL I C_ HEEA1R I NG __SCC 1 V I L. PENAI,._T' 1 F.4 ORDINANCE) <br />A public hearing was held to consider an ordinance establishing systems <br />and procedures for processing allegations of violations regarding <br />City -issued licenses and permits, and providing civil sanctions for such <br />violations. There were no oral or written comments. <br />Goiffon made motion, Miron seconded, to adopt ORDINANCE 95-304, AN <br />ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 232 PROVIDING FOR SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES <br />FOR THE PROCESSING OF ALLEGATIONS OF VIOLATIONS REGARDING CITY -ISSUED <br />LICENSES AND PERMITS AND PROVIDING CIVIL_ REMEDIAL SANCTIONS FOR VIOLATIONS <br />THEREOF. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Goiffon, LaValle, Leroux, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />
