The work could be done by the City's temporary employees <br />during the summer at a minimal cost. Some people may object to the <br />appearance of such stenciling, and there would be reoccurring costs in <br />repainting the markings. <br />Barnes made motion, Goiffon seconded, that the City of Hugo cooperate with <br />the RCWD for stenciling, as requested. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />REVISED RESOLUTION (MINIMUM MAINTENANCE ROAD) <br />The City Attorney performed additional research into the appropriate <br />method of establishing minimum maintenance roads within the City. At this <br />time, this impacts Everton Avenue south of 165th Street. The Attorney has <br />recommended a revised format for the resolution. <br />Barnes made motion, Goiffon seconded, to rescind the previous motion <br />adopting Resolution 95-15. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion. Barnes seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 95-16, A <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MINIMUM MAINTENANCE STANDARD FOR A DEDICATED <br />CITY STREET. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Goiffon. LaValle. Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />RESOLUTION FOR UNPAID UTILITY BILLS <br />The City's Finance Director requested that the Council a resolution <br />certifying to Washington County those individuals who are past due in the <br />payment of their utility bills, and that such bills be assessed against <br />their properties. <br />Miron made motion, LaValle seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 95-17. A <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING UNPAID UTILITY BILLS BE PLACED ON THE TAX ROLLS. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Goiffon, LaValle, Miron <br />Motion Carried. <br />1996 PRIORITIES <br />Staff consolidated the Council priority worksheets and developed cost <br />estimates for those projects under consideration for the next budget year. <br />Goiffon made motion. LaValle seconded, to schedule a workshop for October <br />30, 1995, at 7:30 PM, to review the priorities established and discuss <br />them in more detail. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
