City Council meeting of November 6. 1995 <br />Page 2 <br />Miron made motion. Leroux seconded, to table this matter until the <br />developer addresses Council concerns relative the Rice Lake Meadows 4th <br />Addition, prior to the 120 day deadline from application submittal. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CONTRACT RENEWAL (ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES) <br />The City of Hugo's contract with Animal Control Services, Inc., expired on <br />October 31, 1995. ACS proposed renewal of the current contract under the <br />same terms and conditions as the previous contract, except that the fee <br />schedule will change as follows: <br />1. Call out fee will increase from $85.00 per animal to $86.25 per <br />animal. <br />2. Boardinq of animals will increase from $9.30 per day to $9.60 per day. <br />3. Cat disposal will increase from $17.00 per animal to $18.00 per <br />animal. <br />4. Dog disposal will increase from $20.00 per animal to $21.00 per <br />animal. <br />5. A new category for disposal of wildlife will be $24.0i► per animal. <br />Overall, this will result in a 1.96% in cost -of -service to the City. <br />Councilman LaValle addressed his concerns with the proposed contract: <br />1. No provision in contract for reading "chips" for animal <br />identification. <br />. New ordinance does not allow for "patrolling hours" as listed in #5. <br />3. Change number of days for incarceration from 8 to 10. <br />4. Add to contract notice that the City will not pay for pickup of wild <br />animals that are live trapped by residents. <br />Council members LaValle and Barnes would like to visit the facility prior <br />to approval of the proposed contract. <br />Mir -on made motion, Goiffon seconded, to table this matter until the <br />meeting of November 2(--), 1995 to allow for clarification of the proposed <br />contract. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />OFF_ SALE LIQUOR LICENSE ONEKA RIDGE GOLF COURSE) <br />Janice Rae Arcand, representing Oneka Ridge LLC, applied for a license to <br />sell intoxicating liquor at the golf course located at 5610 120th St. In <br />accordance with Hugo City Code, Chapter 150.. Section 7, Subd. ?, the <br />Council established December 4, 1995, as a hearing_ date to consider <br />issuance of the license. <br />WATER CONSERVATION FLAN <br />Minnesota Statute, Chapter 103G.261 requires that each public water <br />supplier covering more than 1.000 people must submit an emerqency and <br />
