City Council meeting of December 4, 1995 <br />Page 2 <br />Barnes made motion, LeroUX seconded, to deny the request of Robert <br />McElmury for an amended Special Use Permit for Bobber's Boat and Bait, <br />4444 129th Street, to allow the business to operate during the winter <br />months. The reasons for denial are to be outlined by the City Attorney in <br />a Findings of Fact and submitted to the Council for their approval. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT (STEDT) <br />On November 20, 1995, the City Council reviewed the findings and <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission on the request of Dean and <br />Rosalie Stedt, 7416 132nd St., to subdivide a 2C> acre parcel into one 13.1 <br />acre parcel and one 6.9 acre parcel, all located in the SW 1/4 of T31N, <br />R21W. The Council directed the City Attorney to prepare Findings of Fact <br />and an Agreement between the City and the Stedts to limit the future <br />housing density for the 1..3.1 acre parcel. The requested documents were <br />submitted to the Council for their review. <br />LaValle made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the Findings of Fact, <br />between the City of Hugo and Dean and Rosalie Stedt, limiting the future <br />housing density for the 13.1 acre parcel. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />PUBLIC HEARING OFF' , SALE L.^I ()UOA LICENSE .FOR _ONEKA RIDGE GOL _F COURSE) <br />The Oneka Ridge Golf Course requested a new Off Sale Liquor License to <br />sell liquor at their golf course site. A public hearing was scheduled for <br />tonight's meeting, and there were no oral or written comments. <br />Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, approving an Off S'ale Liquor License <br />for Oneka Ridge Golf Course, 5610 120th Street North, to expire on <br />12/1/96. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />LETTER FROM NORM HORTON <br />The City received a certified letter from Mr. Norm Horton, 10.3.0 Manville <br />Ave., St. Paul, regarding his concerns with the City's handling of the <br />Auto Recycling application of Modern Recycling, and, also, complaining of <br />the treatment he received from the City Administrator. The Council <br />directed the City Attorney to review the letter and determine if there is <br />any potential liability problem for the City in this matter. 'The Council <br />received the Attorney's opinion by separate correspondence. It was <br />determined that no formal action was required. <br />OAKSHORE PARK' HOME OWNERS' REQUEST <br />The residents of the Oak Shore Parti: Subdivision requested a meeting of the <br />Council to discuss the following issues: <br />
