She answered the <br />applicant's second question by saying that prior to building on Parcel A, the property owner, <br />whomever that may be at the time the building is proposed, shall demonstrate the building sites <br />will comply with the City's regulations regarding building elevation related to groundwater. <br />Chairman Gwynn opened the public hearing. No one from the public commented.
