She suggested being more creative with the layout. <br />Weidt was concerned with the row of homes at the entrance and suggested not doing that. He would like <br />to see the commercial zoning taken care of with the project. He also had concerns about the traffic <br />impact on Highway 61 and the number of multifamily homes. <br />Beard thanked the Commission for the great feedback. <br />The planner stated that the feedback would be forwarded to the Council and the applicant. <br />Beard stated he felt prepared to come back with a formal application. <br />Adiournment <br />Rosenquist made a motion, Hoffbeck seconded, to adjourn at 9:20 pm. <br />All ayes.
