The shared driveways would be maintained by the Home <br />Owners Association and there would be cross maintenance and easement agreements. <br />Marshall said the snow would be pushed over the edge on the ends. <br />Schumann suggested the City maintain a right-of-way to put in sidewalks should 150th Street be <br />extended. <br />Marshall added that the exteriors would be of four or five different colors and he would be <br />submitting elevations. <br />Bailly asked what the price range for the units would be and what type of owner they would be <br />marketed towards. <br />Marshall said they would probably be between $165,000 and $175,000 and would likely be <br />starter homes for newly married, single, and divorced. He said that with the buildings orientated <br />as they planned and the sidewalks along the streets, it would be safe for children. <br />Kleissler asked about the park to the south and the possibility of berming. <br />Marshall said a berm would limit space and make it difficult to see traffic. <br />McRoberts made motion, Bailly seconded, to recommend approval of the preliminary plat and <br />site plan adding the condition that brick be added to the side facing the street. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Schwieters Properties Site Plan <br />The Planning Commission continued discussion on the request of Schwieters Properties for site <br />plan approval to allow for the construction of a 45,000 square foot buildings on Lots 4 and 5, <br />Block 1, of Bald Eagle Industrial Park 3rd Addition. The Commission had considered this <br />application at their meeting on April 28, 2005 and tabled it to allow the applicant an opportunity <br />to address the Commission's concerns regarding the screening of the area behind the buildings <br />used for exterior storage. <br />The CDD explained that the applicant had proposed to install a wooden, engineered wall with a <br />stucco finish around the storage areas of building numbers three and four (the southern two <br />buildings). Building number one (the northernmost building) would have improved landscaping, <br />berming, and fencing, and building number two would not have any materials stored outside. <br />The screening on building one would be done in conjunction with the wetland mitigation. <br />Brenda Kunkel, representative for Schwieters, explained they were still working with the <br />
