MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />February 13, 2003 <br />(Fall to Order <br />Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Bailly, Kleissler, McRoberts, Peltier, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />ABSENT: Malaski <br />ALSO PRESENT: John Rask, Community Development Director <br />Michele Lindau, Planning Commission Secretary <br />Minutes of January 23, 2003 <br />Peltier made motion, Bailly seconded, to approve of the minutes of January 23, 2003, as <br />submitted. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried <br />Minutes of February 1, 2003 <br />Kleissler made motion, McRoberts seconded, to approve the minutes of February 1, 2003, as <br />amended. <br />Ayes: Bailly, Kleissler, McRoberts, Rosenquist, Schumann <br />Abstain: Peltier <br />Motion carried. <br />Don Hauble — Minor Subdivision <br />The Commission held a public hearing to consider the request of Don Hauble, 5490 125th Street <br />North, for a lot split to subdivide a 7.4 -acre property into two lots. Both lots would receive access <br />from 125th Street. The westerly lot would be approximately five acres and would contain the existing <br />home site. The easterly lot would be 2.4 acres and would be sold for a future home site. <br />Schumann opened the public hearing but there were no comments. Schumann closed the public <br />hearing. <br />The Commission discussed the lack of sewer and water accessible to the property, though it was <br />in the MUSA. Staff included a condition in the draft resolutions that would required the applicant <br />
