Planning Commission Meeting March 27, 2003- page 4 <br />Kleissler asked what the depth of the ponds would be and Dwight Harvey said they could be as <br />deep as six feet. <br />Malaski made motion, Bailly seconded, to recommend approval of rezoning to PUD, PUD general <br />plan, and preliminary plat for "Eagle Shores" as recommended by City staff. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />The Commission stated their concerns about safety issues along 122nd St. N. at the curve and the <br />entrance of the development. <br />Design Standards <br />On March 17, 2003, the Planning Commission had reviewed draft architectural and site design <br />standards for downtown. In reviewing the standards, the Commission expressed a desire to <br />examine additional sign standards. The Community Development Director had provided them <br />with draft design standards for discussion. <br />Planner Lindahl presented slides of commercial and retail areas for the Commission to review and <br />discuss. <br />Adiournment <br />Malaski made motion, Peltier seconded, to adjourn at 9:40 pm. <br />All Ayes.
